Inconsistent room quality could really be addressed!!! Rooms not matching bookings and cleanliness issues need urgent attention!!! the noise from the main road can be quite disruptive!!!

arriving to a dirty room was such a letdown, especially considering my high expectations. the cleaning lady didn’t even sanitize after touching urine spots, which is beyond unacceptable. also, I nearly left a good review, but how was I not offered a complimentary drink for such chaos? I mean, Who wouldn’t require that special touch?

Upon arrival, I encountered a room that didn’t meet cleanliness standards, with dirty floors and a stained toilet seat that should have never made it past the cleaning crew. The air conditioning struggled, blowing hot air before finally getting sorted, and there were occasional noises from events that disrupted the peace I sought. the location requires a taxi or bus ride to reach the beach, which can be a hassle.

During our stay, we enjoyed the beautifully landscaped gardens and the various pool options, especially the silent pool that offered a peaceful retreat. The breakfast was a delight, featuring freshly made omelettes and the unique touch of afternoon tea with cakes at 5 PM. The hotel's location right by the dolmus stop was incredibly convenient for exploring nearby towns like Hisaronu and Fethiye. it would have been nice to have a kettle in our room for that morning tea fix.

the location was spot on, bus access to everywhere was super easy. room was comfy and clean. staff were really friendly and helpful, especially when I had a small issue with the water, which got fixed right away. breakfast was good, lots of options and they had a cool egg station for fresh omelettes. def good for the price!

The bathroom had a dirty toilet seat, and the floor wasn't clean. After requesting a clean, the housekeeper initially brushed off my concerns but did eventually address the issue. It's a shame because the staff seemed nice. The location was convenient, right by the bus stop, making it easy to access nearby attractions. I appreciated the serenity of the quiet pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. As for the bar, I did have a small hiccup when I noticed a discrepancy on my bill, but it was quickly rectified. More attention to detail regarding cleanliness and accurate billing would elevate this hotel significantly.
